Harriet has gone on holiday with a friend from school. I walked her round to her friends house at 5am in pyjamas. They all drove to North Wales and got dressed at a stop off along the way and cooked up a breakfast in a lay-by. Friends mum is a "super mum"
They are camping not too far from Snowdonia, it is very beautiful in Wales.
We drove up to meet them for a couple of days and took Harriet and friend out for a day.The beach is only a stones throw from the camp site (with a strong arm!). The kids come and go as they please to and from the beach. It is idyllic.
Even I went in the sea for a paddle. (Not in bikini admitted! Although it wasn't actually as cold as it looks and many were wearing bikinis and swimming in the sea )
Much of the British coastline is like this. Quite beautifull.
