Despite a difficult start we made it to the ferry to Santander. It was a lovely ship and a very relaxing journey.
We drove into France to a lovely campsite and started the holiday with our family tradition of mini-golf.
Plenty of time at the pool
Tennis
We spent many evenings playing Miaow Miaow (Janet you have no idea how many times or how much entertainment your present has given us across the years!)
We had a few hours in Santander before we left for home.
The ship was great fun again (I really recommend the crossing) but this time back to Portsmouth.
Seeing whales in the Bay of Biscay was a very special experience.
