We had a very relaxing weekend away, free courtesy of a 3 page complaint letter about the same hotel (we stayed there in the summer). Although in 2 minds about whether to go or not, we are glad we did. It was nearly empty and as a result it was almost good service. (Still wouldn't pay to go back or want to be there if it was any busier). We do NOT recommend Paramount Hotels!!
Still can't complain about 9 hours spent in a pool (across 3 days!) plus steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and sunbeds for Jon and Sarah.
Pool Lessons. Harriet beat Jon on the very last game.
